World2Worlds' CEO, John Jainschigg, created the virtual environment consulting business for United Business Media and founded Life 2.0 Summit, the first "mixed reality" B2B event, held simultaneously on the web and in 3D. A leading innovator in engagement technology, he was the first to apply and integrate industry-standard web metrics and demand-generation process to social immersive platforms and is the originator of several technologies for remote presentation, interactive animation and CG video production now broadly adopted by enterprise virtual-environment users. He is Chief Architect of IVE (Immersive Virtual Events), World2Worlds' plug-in framework for web-based virtual events.

The career of World2Worlds COO, Kimberly F. Smith, includes nearly a decade as Sr. Vice President of Office Automation Training, Inc., providing computer and application training and interactive course design for corporations in the Northwest. She spent more than 19 years in positions of increasing responsibility in operations, logistics, sales and management at several of the nation's largest Architecture and Engineering (A&E) firms, including CH2M Hill, Tetra Tech and Black & Veatch. An early adopter of online virtual experience technology, Ms. Smith, in addition to her general responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer, heads our Architecture and Engineering and Federal Government practice groups.
